Step 2: Vision

Once you’ve contacted me, I will get back to you within 24 hours. From there we will discuss the details of your project. Here is where I’ll get to know more about your business and what you are trying to achieve. This phase includes:

  • Finalizing your business goals and specific requirements.
  • Finalizing the project scope
  • Finalizing quotes
  • Finalizing timelines
  • Signing a contract
  • Issuing an invoice
  • Collecting project material and important contact details.

Step 3: Work

This is where I get started on your project. Armed with your vision and specific requirements, I dive right into my creation process as follows:

  • Interviews and further research
  • Project outline (sent to you for approval)
  • Content development
  • Editing and proofreading

Step 4: First Draft

Once the first draft is completed, I will send it over to you via email. This is where you and your team will collate any required edits, and send them back to me.

Step 5: Delivery

Once the content is finalized and ready for publishing, I will send it over to you. Content can be delivered to you in various ways, such as:

  • Email
  • Cloud storage
  • Project management tool
  • Content management system

Step 6: Follow up

This is the final step in the process! Your feedback is very valuable. So I will follow up to see how well your business is doing with the content, and talk about ways to make things even better in the future.
